Open to new clients wanting to experience activated breathwork in a safe and intimate setting, or to existing clients seeking a tune up or some extra self care.

These sessions run between 2-3 hours and are available in person or online.

With a blend of spirituality, energetics & science backed techniques, my 1:1 sessions allow for you to go deep within and uncover your current challenges, creating space for you to conquer and move forward from them with more ease, and less stress.

Each session is tailored to your personal needs at the time, and includes cacao, journaling, coaching, breathwork & integration support.
